Question: I have had a stomach ache (pain scale between 6-7) on and off for about a week. It is under both ribs, and is worse when i eat. Feels like impacting breathing a little, but that may just be anxiety due to discomfort.

Additionally I have also had diarrhea for same amount of time. Primarily after eating but also continues throughout the day.
