Detailed Answer:
Hi,

What medicines you are taking for thyroid and bleeding?
Usually, HORMONAL causes like thyroid, prolactin, and PCOS are the commonest cause of excessive and irregular periods. If the bleeding is severe, you will need an OBGYN checkup along with an ultrasound scan to rule out any abnormalities of ovaries and uterus.
Feel free to ask your doubt with more details
Regards

                                    Brief Answer:
I think you need more medicines
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You need to continue thyronorm and do regular HORMONAL assay to keep it under control. Other 2 TABLETS seems to be supplements and not for bleeding.
You can try taking tranexamic acid 500mg 3 times daily for a week. If no relief kindly get an OBGYN check up at the earliest.
HOPE MY ANSWER HELPS YOU
