Brief Answer:
Take Anti-spasmodics and see a Urologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
If the Ultrasound has confirmed a stone then you should get definitive treatment for it.
For the pain, you can take Tab Mefenamic acid twice daily or Cap Spasmoproxyvon or Cap Tramadol. But you will need your Doctor to prescribe the same for you.
Depending upon the Ultrasound report as to where the stone is it will depend as to what the treatment will be. You should see a Urologist to know what treatment would be best for you.
If you need any further advice please let me know the Ultrasound report or you can upload the same on this site.
Take care,
