Brief Answer:
Pain medications is the best first option unless otherwise.

Detailed Answer:

Hi am thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this pain caused by this cyst. A cyst on pregnancy is even more concerning because as the pregnancy grows, it exerts even more pressure on it making the pain to worsen with time. Symptomatic cysts would have normally been taken out through surgery. Because you a re pregnant, this cannot be the best approach at this time unless it gets to a point where the pain cannot be controlled using drugs.

For now, I will recommend pain medications. Tylenol would be a good first choice. If the pain persists on this, then we would try other medications that can provide greater pain control. If you are not on pain medications it would be a great chance to ask your doctor about this.

In all, pain medications should be used and surgery only considered if nothing else works.

I hope this addresses your query fully. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
