Brief Answer:
Imaging and nerve conduction study are necessary.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

In such case, imaging studies of your lumbosacral spine ( CT scan, MRI) and nerve conduction study of the affected limb are necessary to confirm or exclude the diagnosis.

Please discuss with your Doctor about getting evaluated further. Once done, you can upload/attach the reports of them here also for my review.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist further.

Kind regards.
