Question : I have positive a.s.o. test range is 2368 but Dr said no need of pancilin it's post chikengunia effect I took 7 pancilin what should I do ,confused

I think you may need a course of hydroxy chloroquine or corticosteroids.This will take care of your pains.

After the course is over----- ASO, CRP, and ESR should be repeated.

And only if ASO continues to be high, Penicillin shots once a month for five years should be advised.
