Hi,

In reports I can see there is myocardial infarction, means Cardial wall damage is present and that is causing weakness of heart walls.
Now you have to continue life long blood thinners like Ecosprin 150 and vasodilator medication. In case of recurrent chest pain, but need angioplasty.
