The symptoms are probably withdrawal of inhalants
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Welcome to Health Care Magic
I can understand your concern. Solvent abuse is a common problem in youngsters. You are using inhalants since last 10 years so the detoxification treatment would run a long course. Repeated inhalants and ketamine use can also result in damage to lungs so a proper physical examination and lung scan is needed to rule out any damage to lungs.
Most of solvents results in intense relaxation so when an individual stops inhalant use after prolonged intake withdrawal in form of severe anxiety, restlessness, craving is seen. To prevent this you should consult a psychiatrist. Medicines like Benzodiazepines like Clonazepam or Alprazolam would help to reduce that anxiety due to stoppage of solvents. The feelings that brain has dried up could be occurring due to anxiety or may be due to damage to brain because of repeated solvent abuse. I would suggest you to get MRI brain done to rule out any damage to brain, though it should be done if you fail to respond to medicines.
Medicines like Pregabalin or Gabapentin can prove useful in such symptoms of feelings like dryness in brain. These medicines would also help in reducing the anxiety and craving. So please don't use the inhalants as well as Ketamine again and consult a psychiatrist for prescription of these drugs. There is no need to worry such feeling of dryness or like dried up brain will decrease with medicines.
Hope this helps you, if you have more doubts you can ask again.
Thanks, take care

MAOIs are associated with side effects so not commonly used
Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking a follow up question
For MAOI, I assume you are asking about Mono Amine Oxidase Inhibitors which are one of antidepressant drugs. They have multiple use but are associated with side effects so are not commonly used these days. You cant find MAOI drugs with most of chemists as they are not used by much psychiatrist. Common brands that are available in XXXXXXX NCR chemists are Parnate (Tranylcypromine) or Selegeline (Elegeline) tablets. These drugs cause reduction in appetites but are associated with other serious side effects.
For weight gain and double chin best thing that can be done is to take high protein diet and exercise. Don't do harsh dieting as this would also worsen the metabolism. Eat excess of high fibre foods like cucumber, green vegetables, oats etc. Avoid any junk or fast foods.
Thanks, hope this helps you. Don't hesitate to ask again for more doubts.
