                                            I am doing daily 5 km. running of 11km per hr. also doing heavy weight exercise and maintained my body. still I found the result is not found as I am doing workout. I am spending 1 and half hour daily in gym . I found that because of Hypothyroid the result not I found as I expected. do guide me that how can we cure from side effect of tablet. Thanks..

Since Hypothyroidism is a condition which causes slow metabolism and increased weight.Doing exercise daily would help boosting up of metabolism and maintaining weight.
Since failing in achieving your target of loosing weight may not be because of tab.thyronorm.As it is not the side effect of tab.thyronorm.
You may need to follow proper diet plan too with exercise to achieve your goal.Like increase complex carbohydrates (oats,brown rice,brown bread etc) in your diet at morning time and more protein diet at night time.You may take advice from professional dietician also.
If you ask side effects of tab thyronorm ,these include tiredness,weight loss,increased appetite,anxiety,irritability,poor sleep,muscle spasms etc

Since uric acid level has to be also maintained ,for that Protein diet has to be less in diet.Apart from this increasing fibre in diet ,antioxidants food like salads,fruits and vegetables ,having Vit C supplements may also increase the absorption of uric acid and excretion from body.
Coming to Hypothyroidism and increased uric acid level ..I would suggest continue tab thyronorm,but at the same time continue exercise and diet plan.Because it is hormonal disbalance and it happens most of the time with unknown cause.So hormonal disbalance can be managed if proper diet,exercise and medicine is followed.I would also suggest get Kidney profile done once ,just to rule out the cause of increased uric acid level.
