Brief Answer:
depends on what you mean by help.

Detailed Answer:
The hallmark of addiction is to equate "help" with "give me a drug that is bad for me". If you are seeking a narcotic prescription, this online service does not have faciilties for even prescribing an aspirin. It is not going to be able to provide prescribing services.

And, reasonably, being concerned about withdrawal and needing information is a service we can provide.

Narcotic withdrawal is proportional to the amount of narcotic one is on. 30 mg or less a day is unlikley to produce much withdrawal (except with the most powerful drugs of dilaudid, buprenorphine, and maybe fentanyl) and 100 mg a day is likely to produce withdrawal.

The withdrawal can be minimized by reducing the narcotic gradually (by about 10 to 15% a week).

The withdrawal from narcotics is not due to an organ not functioning and is only symptoms. These symptoms can be controlled with medicines for the particular symptoms one might have. This can be elaborated upon, but these safe and helpful symptomatic medicines also cannot be prescribed from this service even the ones you can buy over the counter withtout a prescription.

But, this does not answer the question of pain. Narcotics that help pain will also produce withdrawal. Not being on a narcotic will mean the pain is not being damped down by a narcotic. There are other medicines for pain. In general, for non-inflammatory and non-nerve pain, they are inferior to narcotics for pain relief. in severe pain.
