Question : what are effects stopping very longtime use of thorazine over only a period of 3 months?
Brief Answer:
Normally there should be no withdrawal symptoms.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your question in details and understand your concerns.
Normally, there should be no withdrawal symptoms after thorazine (chlorpromazine) gradually stopped.
However, exaggeration of psychotic symptoms may be noticed after stopping thorazine, but this is not a withdrawal symptom, those symptoms probably were suppressed when thorazine was used.
Pain in your case (regarding to imaging tests results) may be improved by physical therapy and painkiller's use.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
