It should not be stopped abruptly
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.
What you have done is sudden cessation of medication and that leading to withdrawal of symptoms.Anti depressant medication should be stopped gradually to avoid withdrawal side effects. Ideally you should reduce 25% per week so it can take around three to four weeks and will not cause any withdrawal side effects.
Above all you need at least six months of antidepressant treatment as mostly depression remains almost six to nine months. In case you stop it before that there will return of depression. I think low mood is indicator of underlying depression.
As an alternative I will recommend you to use nexito plain rather than nexito plus.
In case you are not willing to continue medication for brain, you can visit a Ayurveda physician as there are some medicines (natural) which can be helpful for you.
I hope this helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards.
