Question : can you please suggest what should be done to minimise gum bleeding ?

Hi Mam.

I understand your query and concern.

Gum bleeding can be managed through following measures.

1.Regular Intake of Vitamin C,tab Limcee 450 mg every day post meal every day for 3 months.

2.Tab Becozinc one tab a day for 3 months.

3.Regular saline mouth gargle.

4.Chlorhexidine mouth wash daily.

5.Complete elimination of Gum infection if any by consultation with a Dentist.

6.Last but not least complete blood counts and Clotting profile is needed,to rule out clotting abnormalities and associated systemic infections.
