Brief Answer:
Androgenetic alopecia

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Thinning and reduced hair volume are features of Androgenetic alopecia. I suggest you to use a topical minoxidil 5% solution, 1ml, twice daily. In addition I suggest you to take an oral antiandrogen e.g., finasteride 5 mg once a day. Treatment is long term and goal is to prevent further thinning and hair loss. A word of caution- Oral finasteride is not to be taken in pregnancy and those likely to become pregnant during treatment

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
