Brief Answer:
Start medicine 3 days before expected period.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,

I got your information.

I understand your concern.

In my opinion, if your expected period is on feb 11 you can start tab.primolut-N 5 mg or tab.meprate 10 mg one tablet twice a day starting from 3 days before the expected period ie.,feb 8.
You need to take tablets daily at same time.

You can continue till you don't want the period maximum upto 7 to 10 days. The less days you take the better it is and so that next cycle won't be disturbed much.

Period usually occurs after 3 to 7 days after stopping the tablets.

The period which you get after stopping the medicine might be excessive sometimes.

Hope this satisfies your query.

Feel free to ask any more queries.

Best regards...Dr srilatha.
