Actually I would like both protection from pregnancy and postpone my period, because my period starts in a couple of days and I need to postpone it.

I'm sorry I would like to add; my pharmacist said that the last pill of birth control XXXXXXX will protect me for one week, that means I wont get pregnant. Is that true, if so would Primalut effect the pill or can I substitute it with something else.
Thankyou.

Brief Answer:
no need of primolut N

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,I got your information.I understand your concern.
In my opinion in order to postpone the period and also to have protection it varies for different packs like:-

If you are on 21 pill pack then then start a new pack immediately without a break.

If you are on 28 pill pack then after finishing the pills for 21 days throw off the 7 inactive pills and start new pack immediately after 21 pills.

So in order to postpone and also have protection take 2 packs continuously without break.
No need of any primolut N.
As your pharmacist said you will be protected but you might get period if you stop pills.

But this is not to be done more than 2 packs continuously.

Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to ask any more queries.
Best regards...Dr.srilatha
