Brief Answer:
Better to postpone periods.
Detailed Answer:
Okay, thank you for the details.
As you said, your cycle is of 28 days, that means that your next period will be on 4th of September.
Generally to alter date of period, progesterone pills are taken.
They are taken for 5 days, and then bleeding can happen within one week of stopping pills.
Even if you start the tablets tomorrow ( 29th ), then you will have to take them for 5 days ( till 2nd september ) and then bleeding can start anytime from 3rd - 10 th September.
So there is no point in preponing periods.
Better is to postpone them.
Start taking the tablets from 1st September onwards till the 15th, and then when you stop, you will have your period within a week.
Tablets used are generally Meprate , Deviry, Primolut - N etc taken twice a day for 5 days.
These are prescription medications and to be taken only after consulting a gynecologist.
I have suggested and outlined the treatment plan to you.
Take care.

is there any side affect to use that many days....
Brief Answer:
No major side effects.
Detailed Answer:
NO major side effects.
The next period might be heavy and irregular for a month or two, but if the indication is very important, you can take it .
It is better to see your doctor to decide dosage and contraindications before starting treatment.
