Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX

Thank you for posting your question.

I understand your concern, but at the outset, I would like to tell you not to worry about your health much, you young and healthy, it is unlikely that anything will go wrong without you noticing it.

That said, I must impress upon you the importance of regularising your work schedule, the worst offender is the haphazard working hours, you should never accept such work schedules, you should work in fixed hours, and develop a routine.

This is very essential because the brain has inbuilt biological clocks that control how your body functions and upsetting this clock repeatedly is the primary reason why we develop lifestyle related health problems.

Talk to your HR and fix your working hours, money will come and money is not everything in life, yes it absolutely true that you need money to live a life, but you can live a quality life even with less money too.

This is a choice you have to make.

Regarding the family history of diabetes and heart related diseases, yes they are genetically mediated along with many environmental factors worsening them, so you must get a baseline testing done, consult a physician (MD Internal Medicine) and get yourself examined clinically and request a comprehensive health panel.

After this, you can opt for an yearly or two yearly once check up, and get your blood sugars tested and an ECG done at these intervals.

That is all that is required.

You must maintain good sleep hygiene, eat fresh and balanced foods, do not drink aerated drinks, exercise regularly.

Exercise is crucial in maintaining your health, so play a game or run every day.

I hope this answers your question, please feel free to ask me if you have any doubts.

Best regards
