Brief Answer:
water and salt

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Water and salt.

In the same way that there are blood pressure medications that work by helping the body to lose excess fluids and based on the fact that persons with high blood pressure are advised to reduce salt to help control the blood pressure.

You can try to increase your fluid intake slightly , if this is no problem (if there is no history of heart failure, kidney failure or liver failure or any other condition affecting fluid intake).
Adding a little more salt to your food would also help.

It is quite possible that there may not be a significant change in your readings and you may want to consider monitoring with a home monitor first, if one is available, before making any changes.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
