Suggest Ways To Prevent Pregnancy After Sex
Question: Dear Sir / Madam,
I had a unprotected sex with my GF on 22nd Oct, and had completely ejaculated into her and she was on top position while it. Given "Smart Pill 1.5" (Levonorgestrel IP 1.5mg) on 24th hour after having intercourse.
But before 2 days (on 20th) also we had a foreplay, I tried to insert my private part into her but failed because she was on pant (cloths). While I was trying, her cloths near vagina became wet with a gummy water color fluid came from my private part.
Her last period was on 6th Oct. Is there chance of pregnancy even after taking a "Levonorgestrel"?? She is using Mensovit Plus from night of 28th Oct, 3 Capsules a day (total 5 caps) still no period but telling that had a small amount of blood seen, when she was checked by inserting her finger inside her self.
She is telling that, when Mensovit Plus taken, period should come before 3rd Nov (Expected date of Next Period), but till now not came.
I read on internet, early symptoms Pregnancy "Frequent Urination, Change of Nipples Size and Darken Nipple surrounding area, but not seeing these symptoms till now.
What should we do now? She don't like to be pregnant. Can we take Mifeprin Kit before confirming pregnancy with Pregnancy Test Kit? When we can take pregnancy test??
We both are with heavy stress now.

The mild bleeding that she detected could be a withdrawal bleeding normally seen after taking smart pill. It is right now too early to detect any signs of pregnancy.
Since she is also taking mensovit she should have her periods as usual or these can be delayed by a few days due to the side effect of the smart pill.
There is no need to take mifeprin kit before the pregnancy is confirmed. Just wait for the periods till 10th Nov and in case the periods are delayed then do test her urine for pregnancy after that to get a confirmed result.
The contact of precum on 20th cannot cause a pregnancy.

It is also vital to have a follow up ultrasound scan to check that the abortion pills worked and the uterus is empty, after 15 days of taking the tablets.
Failing to take these precautions , there are risks such as - infection, uncontrolled bleeding, retained products, undiagnosed ectopic pregnancy etc.
