There are no lifestyle modification methods to reduce neuropeptide y which is known to be involved with obesity especially increasing hunger. However scientists have discovered anti neuropeptide y antibody injection which is yet to be released into the market. It might take sometime till it gets released.

so there is no diet i can do or supplements to take for lowering neuropeptide y. im on abilify which causes an increase in neuropeptide y.

There was a rat experiment done which was published in Journal of nutrition which stated that low protein diet caused greater expression of neuropeptide y. It has not been proven in human as of now.
There is no diet or lifestyle modification which has proven to be beneficial
