Brief Answer:
Restrict calories

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thank you for using Healthcare Magic.

The way you lose body fat is by following a reduced calorie diet. If you are using up more calories than you are taking in, then the body supplies the extra calories it needs by burning up the fat. No spot exercises can reduce areas of fat, but exercise increases muscle mass which does burn up more calories.

I cannot tell you exactly what your body fat percent is by just looking at your picture. I can say it appears to be normal or even on the low side. You appear to be in excellent shape. Special instruments are used to actually measure the body fat percent. You can calculate a body mass index (BMI) by knowing your height and weight and using BMI calculators you can find online. However, this does not give the body fat percentage. It just tells you if you are underweight or overweight.

It does not appear to me, based on your picture, that you need to lose any more body fat. Whatever you are doing seems to be working well for you. I wish you the best of health.

Hope this answers your query. If you have further questions, I would be happy to answer them.
