Brief Answer:
Dyslipidaemia according to the reports

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query and reports. It shows dyslipidaemia , high LDL , non hdl and triglycerides. You can try lifestyle modification and diet for 1 month.

Get proper exercise daily like jogging or walking at least in 8 km per hour speed.
Decrease intake of saturated fats like ghee , fatty meat , fat milk etc. You can use skim milk , lean meat or lean chicken etc.
Taking fishes like mackeral , sardines or fish oil capsules also helps to decrease your cholesterol.
Use olive oil or groundnut oil for cooking.
Include citrus fruits in your diet.
Avoid trans fats. Junk foods, cakes , biscuits and foods served in most restaurants contains trans fats. These are due to usage of margarine or hydrogenated fat like vanaspati. This can increase LDL, Non HDL and triglycerides.
Take light meals at night. Include more vegetable salads for dinner.

After 1 month of these measures still your cholesterol is high then you can start medications. Medications like statins are usually given. I would suggest statins like atorvastatin in low doses like 10 mg in that case.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
