Brief Answer:
It can be reduced with dietary restrictions and regular physical exercise

Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma'am
Welcome to Health Care Magic, I have gone through your question very diligently and I really appreciate your concern

I have gone through reports as well blood sugar is within normal range,Triglycerides and VLDL are on higher side which can be controlled very easily by dietary restrictions and regular physical exercise.

So I would advise you to follow these guidelines-

Avoid fatty fried and junk food along with caffeinated drinks.
You should exercise regularly, start with brisk walking for 30-40 min and slowly increase your stamina
Try to reduce body weight if you obese or overweight.
Complete avoidance of alcohol or smoking if you have a habit of it.

I am sure with these measures, you will be able to reduce your VLDL and Triglycerides level.

These measures can be followed sincerely for 2 to 3 months, if in case it doesn't help than statin group of drug can be advisable.

Please write back to me with your weight ,BMI and blood pressure if you checked recently so that I will be able to tell you more precisely.

Best wishes
