Brief Answer:
Stop alcohol

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.
First, you need to stop alcohol.
It's detrimental for your sugars.
Also, it's one of the reasons for increasing liver enzymes.
Of course , sometimes the sugar medicines that you are consuming can also raise the enzymes.
However , since it is needed for the diabetes, you need to continue the medicines.
So as of now avoid alcohol and take plenty of fluids.
I suggest the following tests
1. ultrasound of the abdomen
2. HBSAG
3. Anti HCV.
4. HIV.
Let me know when you get the tests. I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
