Brief Answer:
Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. I can see your thorough discussion with Dr D XXXXXXX and he has very wisely elaborated all your concerns.

let me rephrase in my own words. At age of 25 with no prior history , i think there is nothing to worry about this sagginess of the skin. belly fat deposition has led to this. Regular exercise, losing weight, good balanced diet, reducing caloric intake to 2500 calories in a day and consuming more than that, 45 to 50 minutes of exercise daily at least, adequate fluids intake and staying hydrated etc are some of the measures that will help.

Get a trainer, and let them help with belly muscle exercises to help fat reduction and buildup of abdominal muscles. Its not a disease, it just needs some physical input and every thing will be back to normal.

You may be concerned over some genetic loose skin and connective tissue disorders , but i can assure you, its not the case here.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Regards
Khan

Hello Doctors!
As expected i knew the answer would be something like that. I am not here to know what calorie should i take and what exercise i will do i think i know this better.
First you visited my previous query then gave exactly the same answer what he was given in your answer i found nothing new which i think completely lack of knowledge.
I am here to find the genetic related issue let me tell i follow the same diet patter even eat only protein foods minimal carbs and healthy fats related foods. My friends also doing the same things they dont have the problem like me even they eat more than me. So your exercise and food related suggestion would be ruled out here.
What i know of my problem is genetics i want to know the genetic related cause in depth that's why i am here i am not here listen that diet and exercise related stuffs which i think i know better.
Also i would like to hear hormones related things.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
No worries in gettign evaluated

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me

As i mentioned in my last sentences, had it been genetics related , it would not have been only stuck to stomach and your whole body skin might have been hyperextended. Also genetic hyperextensive skins are from childhood and does not pop out of the blue at the age of 25. But still there is no harm to get your worries soothed by getting evaluated for genetic disorders of elastic skin disorders like marfan syndrome etc. For that you will have to visit a geneticist and they will advise some very costly tests prescribed by your physician to rule out any genetic disorder which i highly doubt would be any.

I hope it helps.

Hello Doctor!
I am here to find out the possible the cause for it.
So that i can visit the kind of speciality of doctor which required.Along with diet and exercise.
But sadly you haven't commented about the role of hormones. You also not given the specific cause you only gave the very generic and you also oversimplified the issues.
Kindly give the cause and how to overcome it so that i can take proper steps to eradicate the problems.

Brief Answer:
Overwhelmed, self diagnosis, internet literature

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for feedback

But a good doctor always simplifies a thing and ind hope for a patient. Here there is nothing complicated but your worries are overwhelming you and forcing you to find a cause which is not even there. As far as hormonal causes are concerned, those are associated with wide array of symptoms and not just belly fat protrusion. But still if you want, there is no harm to get a complete set of hormonal assay specially gonadotrophic axis hormones, thyroid hormones. I am sure that wont be a problem as well.

Neither genetics nor hormones fit the description. And there is no harm in getting the baseline analysed. And with no report attached, no biochemistry, no genetic screening, no hormonal assays, how can a doctor find a magical words to diagnose you with an illusional disease which you have overwhelmed yourself with.

I hope you get the point and find a point to calm down and stop worrying for a thing you dont have.

I hope it helps.

Though i don't have any masor health problem if you suggest me would it be better to go for any hormone test like Insulin resistance, low thyroid hormone, increased cortisol and adrenaline, low testosterone and glucose imbalance and evaluation of cortisol and adrenaline.

Thank you for getting back

Its good that you follow strict diet and trainer instruction. Slow and steady wins the race and body musculature remodeling takes years of efforts soem times so hang in there.

Insulin resistance is for diabetes and not needed. Thyroid hormones manifestation are not in your history. Cortisol and adrenaline has nothing to do with belly fats but no harm in getting hormonal assays for the peace of mind.

Absence of rectus abdominis muscle is genetic and very rare and needs to be confirmed as mere speculations by some doctor as likely suspicion wont be enough. Talk to a cosmetic surgeon and let them have a look and as this muscle gives belly a look so you can have belly muscles analysed by a cosmetic surgeon. This muscle is a longitudinal muscle around belly button straight from below ribs till pubis / groin. The muscle that gives six packs if continuously worked up on.

Stay in touch with your triner, do physical activity and stop worrying about something you dont have.

I hope it helps.
