Brief Answer:
Best to re-visit your prescribing doctor for re-intitiation of medication

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Most women with PCOD require re-intitiation of medications to help regulate their menstrual cycle, although a few of them do experience periods for a while without the influence of medications, although those periods are not as regular, but yet appear without the help of medications.

But in majority of cases, they are only for a while and usually within a few months, those women return to their primary doctors for further assistance with their menstrual cycle. So in my opinion, I would request you to re-visit your prescribing doctor at your earliest convenience in order to receive expert advise on the way forward to help you maintain a good menstrual cycle from hereon.

I hope this information helps. Please do not hesitate to write to me for any further clarifications, and keep me in the loop for any new developments.

Best wishes.
