As below

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
PCOS is a lifestyle condition, diagnosed by many factors.
Ultrasound scan is just one amongst them.
Blood work is needed.
Clinical symptoms need to be considered - common ones include delayed or irregular periods, excessive hair growth on chin, face etc, weight gain, acne etc.
I have gone through the report attached.
The comments are non specific.
Small ovarian follicles are a normal finding.
Every woman has small eggs ( follicles ) in the ovaries.
Do you have any reason to worry about PCOS ?
Do you have clinical symptoms ?
Was this scan done internally ( vaginally ) or abdominally ?
Why was it done ?
Looking forward to hearing from you
Take care.
