Suggest Ways To Rule Out UTI

proteinuria and perhaps a urinary tract infection?
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
all the blood tests are normal and do not indicate disease, although they can't exclude it completely. All medical tests have some false negatives and there are other limitations too. The report itself mentions some of the limitations, so please have a look at them. Another thing to keep in mind is that if there's suspicion for HIV then repeat testing might be required. You should talk with your doctor about it. The antibodies may take some time to become reactive (a few months)...
The urine test report does not belong to a normal specimen. It's either a bad specimen or a specimen indicating disease. Your symptoms are very important in this regard. If you've had dysuria (burning feeling when urinating, lower abdominal pain, etc) then perhaps this is just a urinary tract infection. If you had no symptoms then further investigation might be required to rule out true proteinuria, which might be a serious situation.
Start with repeating the urinalysis but make sure the sample is appropriate. You should contact the lab for the necessary instructions. Make sure you take it to the lab as soon as possible or bacteria may grow in it. If the results are the same and there is no sign of urinary tract infection then you might need a 24-hour urine collection for proteins and testing for the cause of proteinuria.
I hope you find my comments helpful!
Kind Regards!

clinical correlation is required...
Detailed Answer:
As the report clearly states "clinical correlation..." is required. To put it simply, if you have no symptoms of urinary tract infection then there is no infection (regardless of the urinalysis results) but it's still an abnormal report, so further investigation would be required (as described in my first answer). If you do have symptoms then an infection is likely and you should also do a urine culture and antibiogram. Antibiotic treatment would be required for a urinary tract infection.
I hope it's clear now!
Kind Regards!
