Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Usually the blood pressure should be atleast 110/80. But some even have a normal blood pressure lower than this. If this is your usual blood pressure and there is no clinical signs like head ache, dizziness or feeling low then nothing to worry.

If there is clinical signs like dizziness then this is low blood pressure and you should take more fluids and salt to increase your BP.
