Brief Answer:
Query sinusitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare Magic and thanks for putting up the query
The x-ray attached is an orthopantomogram. It doesn't show sinuses. Only the base of both maxillary sinuses is visible which seems to be completely normal. Please get a x-ray paranasal sinuses done to see the sinus condition.
Any further questions are always welcome.
Take care
Thanks and regards
