Brief Answer:
there are enough other sources

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to health care magic forum.
I am Dr Aslam here to help you.

Milk is not the only source of dietary calcium. There are many other food items rich in calcium, like egg, meat, sea foods, dry fruits, dates etc. Green leafy veges also contain good amount of calcium.
Calcium supplements are neither required nor recommend unless deficiency is established by clinical and laboratory features.

Hope your query is answered. Thank you.
