Question : My wife is 4 weeks pregnant, we actually don't want this child right now, Please suggest medicines to abort this. She is a diabetic and takes 10UV injection twice a day.

As she is 4 weeks pregnant, so termination of pregnancy with medical method can be safely undertaken , but poor to that it is important to localise the pregnancy and rule out ectopic pregnancy. So please get a transvaginal ultrasound done to check for location of pregnancy. Regards

but if she takes the medicines without the ultrasound what are the complication. If it's easier to get the medicines and done, I would prefer that. Please advise.

Ultrasound is important because if its an ectopic pregnancy , it would mean that the pregnancy is not in uterus but outside ether in tubes or anywhere in the pelvis. in that case medical termination cannot be undertaken with termination drugs but hospital admission would have to be sought and may require laparoscopic salpingectomy or surgical removal.
The medicines post ultrasound would have to be prescribed by a gynecologist as per law at a registered MTP CENTER or clinic.
No one is authorised to prescribe abortion drugs online, so please meet a gynecologist and plan termination under his/ her supervision.
