Brief Answer:
Donor egg better

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam, thanks for trusting us with your health concerns and I understand your anxiety about the issue
In my opinion you are fighting in a futile direction and of course want to conceive naturally with your own eggs
Your friend at 53 conceiving with her own eggs is like a miracle or a lie frankly.
This is such an important part of life that relying on miracles will not be something that I would professionally advise.
Still as regards opening of tubes is concerned,it can be done surgically with a success rate of less than 50% generally.
Thereafter you will have to try naturally or take an inutero insemination of your husband's semen with success rates of 4-6% and 8-11% respectively per cycle.
With further advancement of age you can have multiple other problems like hypertension, diabetes, osteoporosis and coronary diseases.
Moreover child needs healthy and active parents till age of 25 at least so delayed childbearing has all these implications and moral issues.
In my opinion revise your decision and opt for a donated egg with your husbands sperm and another IVf which has a success rate of almost 30-40%.
All the best
Regards

i have tried egg donation and i failed. if i do not investigate why the egg did not develop inside my it is pointless to go and do it again. the financial and mental replications are enormous when things go wrong. That is why i a looking to have my tubes and womb investigated. It will give me closure to know what does not work inside me. At least if I know what stop the egg developing then i can move to a different direction. You cannot keep putting water in a bottle with hole in it. You will always end up filling it until the hole is close and secure. like wise until i know what state my tubes are in or my womb, it will be pointless to try another egg donation cycle. If there is any drug or medication to clean my left tube i want to know. if there is an effective stimulation of my ovaries then i want to know. Desperation does not have a limit. but failure should be investigate

I need a specialist you can give me practical advise how to address my issues Egg transfer in my case is a fail. what kind of drug i can take to better my body or womb. i already have a healthy diet.

Brief Answer:
Accept the failure rate and move ahead

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

I have specialized in infertility and have all the answers with explanation and probability percentage.
Evaluation of tubes have nothing to do in case of IVF so just concentrate on womb which is the only thing to use out of tubes ovaries and womb.
In my opinion dont be so reluctant and sad about the failure and rather opt for hysteroscopy which involves evaluation of uterine cavity from inside.
But in case you had good endometrial thickness at the time of implantation and no problems of menstrual flow then nothing to worry and just another try is needed.
Failure rates are a part and parcel of IVF procedures so staying mentally prepared for that is of paramount importance otherwise lot of grieving has a bad vibe which is of course not good

Brief Answer:
Endometrial scratching

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam, sorry for the delay in response as I was struck in some emergency.
All your history suggests that you have problems with implantation which is practically a difficult issue
Seeing all things you have taken already, I think all that can be done for you is endometrial scratching prior to the cycle of embryo placement and granulocyte colony stimulating hormone just prior to embryo placement
So don't try for tubal opening and rather just concentrate on finding a good ovum donor who is young and has her own kids with good ovarian reserve
In case you have any other question please feel free to ask,I will be glad to answer

Brief Answer:
Improves implantation

Detailed Answer:
It is a kind of slight scratching like a curettage or inflicting a kind of injury on endometrium which helps in implantation
It is one of the best proven methods used in implantation problems
I hope your gynaecologist knows about it
