Brief Answer:
Stop avanza first.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your concerns.

I would suggest you to first stop avanza, observe your sleep next day and then consider reducing mogadon if your sleep remains normal.

The reason why I suggest so is because avanza itself is a sedative drug. Although you are taking a minimal dose, stopping this drug and reducing the mogadon together can cause sleep disruption.

Kindly keep your doctor informed about whatever dose changes you make.

I wish you well.
Thanks.
