Question : I'm trying to wean off Advair. I feel like I'm drowning. What can help with the liquid in my lungs?

Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation.
You are mostly having pulmonary edema (fluid in the lungs).
It can be due to cor puomonale or acute left ventricular failure (acute LVF).
Since you are on advair, you are mostly having COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease).
And both, cor puomonale and acute LVF are common in COPD patients.
So you need to get done 2d echo to rule out these diseases.
You may need diuretics also.
Si better to consult doctor and discuss all these.
