Question : 40 year old man suffering from Asthama . His symptoms are aggravated during spring and fall. He recently using flowvent because of night time symptoms. He has been doing well without flowvent for a week. Can flowvent be discontinue it? if not what is the minimum period that he is required to be on flow vent?

I can understand your concern.
If person is asymptomatic without flovent then no need to give it.
Avoid dust, pollens, pollution, animal fur, emotional stress.
All these are aggravating factors for asthma.
So if patient is able too avoid all these factors then he can definitely discontinue flovent.
And if required in emergency, he can take ventorlin.
