Question : I have been on 10 mg lexapro for exactly 4 weeks and feel much worse - very nauseous, dry heaves. Can I cold turkey or do I need to taper off?

You can stop cold turkey

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to HCM: Please note that there is no point in tapering off a medication that is making you nauseous, in any event full effect is really at about 6-8weeks of continued use, and therefore I still expect that you may feel this way for a few days after stopping it.
