Hello and welcome,

Miracles should not be stopped abruptly unless you just started it within the past few days.

It also depends on the dose that you are taking. But with any blood pressure/heart medication, it should be decreased gradually, and the effects of the decreased dose should be monitored by rechecking you after making the change.

So, no, I would not recommend stopping it all at once, and only decrease it if you and your doctor feel it's time because your blood pressure or heart condition have improved.
