Suggest Wieght Loss Diet

Question: hi Doctor, currently i am doing Weight Training to tone my muscles and side-by-side i am on wieght loss diet. in breakfast i take oats with slim milk and in lunch bread with cucumber and carrots in between i take Lite biscuits and green tea 3 times a day, in dinner only go for veggies and Chapati and pulses with salads as traditional indian food. my height is 5 feet 5 inch and weight is 70 kgs, should i consume threptin biscuits or should i look for other protein source for energy, as i dont want to hamper my gym performance.

Detailed Answer: Hi XXXXXXX I am Dr Mittal And I am going to ty to help you with your query You see Threptin biscuits are a protein supplement too If you have a look at the components, the diskets/powder is full of the amino acids that basically build up the proteins. So if you take threptin, you will be on supplement anyways. I usually dont suggest the protein supplements because most of them have some form of steroids included. And steroids can have adverse effects.. Besides you are just toning the muscles. I think threptin should be sufficient. To add to that look up the high protein diets like eggs, non veg and soya foods. HI Dr. Mittal, as you have gone through my medical history, with my back pain problem how much weight training will be sufficient so that i can build up my muscles and side-by-side dont hurt my back. And one more thing do these threptin biscuits contain steroids? will it be safe to consume them. please suggest.
