Question : sir kindly opine on the 2 ecgs attached;71 yrs male with diabetes.Suggest with any additional medicals to evaluate the same furhter.

The ecg attached is a sinus rhythm ecg with no significant STT changes.

As patient is diabetic and 70yrs old a stress echo is advisable after proper physical consultation with a cardiologist.
