Question : I have a heavy head and heavy eyes with mild cold. Please suggest a medicine. I have to travel in day.

You may take Paractamol tablets as & when required.
Since you intend to travel in a day a non sedative (the one causing less drowsiness) antihistamine like Cetrizine can also be effective.
Take plenty of oral fluids.

Thanks but the cold has gotten worse. I am taking paracetamol and cetrazine as recommended but it is not helping. Also have body ache now. Please suggest.

Good morning!

I understand your concern. However unfortunately we do not have a magic pill to treat this infective episode in a day.
If you have developed fever, sore throat or cough with sputum then you may need a course of antibiotic like Amoxicillin (if you are not allergic to it) otherwise Azithyromycin along with Paracetamol, Cetrizine and steam inhalation.

The aforementioned drugs / treatment will help you recover soon.
