Question: Doctor few days before i met my girl friend..she have 2 child(9 years old and 5 years old)...i sucked her breast sir.that time i cannot able to control me..i biting her tip of the nipple..so i feel some blood came..i think i swallowed those blood..i feared lot about hiv sir.because i doubed her...i think i have no mouth ulcer..bcoz some teeth cavity issues there sir..that means teeth root active bleed...please consider my fear sir...

First of all, the lady, mother of two, not necessarily a HIV positive individual. So you need not afraid.
Secondly, if we consider she is HIV positive and if she is on treatment, then her viral load would likely be undetectable, then also her blood will not be infectious.
Thirdly, blood swallowed would become harmless after mixing with saliva and gastric juice and hydrochloric acid present in your stomach. HIV transmission never occurs through food or drinks.
Unless there is an open wound or abrasion in your mouth, you would not get HIV infection.
So not to worry. Anyhow, 12 weeks after the incident, you have HIV test and rule out HIV and your tension will be relieved.
