Question : A kind of sweet smell is emitting from my uncircumcised penis. I have tried lotrimin and other anti fun gals. Any suggestions ?

Anti-bacterials like MUPIROCIN can do the trick.
Apply thrice daily for three weeks in addition to good hygiene.
