Question : I noticed a swelling in the area of the left submandibular gland. It is firm but movable and I can roll it almost to the lateral side of mandible. I can almost grasp it between my fingers. No pain.On the opposite side I feel something but not to the degree of the left. I would say wirhour tissue coverinf it about one centirmeter.
