Increased TSH with normal ft4 ans ft3 are suggestive for subclinical hypothyroidism.
Usually the cause is Hashimoto thyroidtis ans to confirm it you need to check antiTpo and antiTg antibodies. If they result high, you need to start levothyroxine and check TSh after 6 weeks.
