Hi again,

If both the antibodies are negative, than iodine defficiency should be the cause of elevated TSH.
In these cases iodine supplements can be started for a period of 6 months and than check the TSH again.

Hi again,
Yes, the antibldies are negative.
So most probably it is due to iodine deficiency.
Take iodine supplements 100 mcg daily and check TSH after 6 months.
