Question : Hello Doctor, Good Afternoon. I feel little feverish during daytime since the past 4-5 days. One paracetamol (325mg) helps subside the fever, which is usually 99-100 (never more). Besides, since yesterday, I am having little stomach pain, particularly in the upper part from the left to the centre. I have had medicines for gas and stomach pain. The pain subsides for a while but then comes back.

Hi,

I have read and understood your concern
As per your symptoms you seem to have a acute gastritis. Kindly avoid oily spicy hot food until symptoms reduce, have frequent small meals and I would recommend capsule pan D half hour before food morning and night for a period of 7 days, tablet sporilac ds one per day for 7 days, Dolo 650 incase of fever. Do reach out incase symptoms persist or you develop loose stools.
