Question : my 95 year old mother has a benign tumor in each of her kidneys. on the advice of a friend she has been taking Cats Claw herb, 4 capsules 3x per day. is this ok

Based on the facts that you have posted your 95 years old mother has been detected to have benign tumors in both the kidneys and she has been taking Cats Claw .

Cats Claw is a herbal medicine that has been widely used in South XXXXXXX for many diseases including cancer .

However Due to the lack of research, it’s unclear whether cat’s claw is an effective or safe treatment option for any of these ailments.

I shall be happy if you has provide details of the benign tumor she has .If it is Angiomyolipoma it does not need any treatment except observation and monitoring the progress of tumor.
