Hello Bakcel,
thanks for the query.

Gluten is a protein found in grains, wheat, barley and is found in most of our daily consumptions.

Gluten intolerance is particularly serious in celiacs and could potentially result to far severe conditions and fortunately you are not a celiac.

Cheese is a dairy product containing proteins and largely fats and it is less likely to contain gluten. However, the interesting think with gluten is that you might not need to cut it completely rather you could cut it completely for a while and gently re-introduce and see what food types and what amount is likely to cause you problems.

Going gluten free could lead to weight gain as you will turn to consumed abundantly packaged gluten free food which are XXXXXXX in fats. However, if you must go gluten free, you could try natural gluten free food stuffs such as legumes, vegetables, beans, nuts etc.

Concerning the constipation and given your age, it will be better to take fruits such as oranges, water melons, pawpaw etc to play the laxative role.

Hope this answers your query. If you have further query, i will be glad to help.
Best regards
